            How to perform a fixture reboot

            If your light(s) don't respond to the updates it may be due to the "safe mode" setting. In this case, the fixture(s) requires a reboot. To perform a reboot, please follow these steps:
            • Open System Assistant.
            • In the top menu, go to "System," then "Reboot" and finally click "Runtime."
            • Restart System Assistant and try the startup process again. If the problem persists, please contact support@heliospectra.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.
