            RMA service

            If your Heliospectra product needs service or repair, you can take advantage of Heliospectra's Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) service. Before sending your product in, you will need to obtain an RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us at support@heliospectra.com. Our support team will be able to send you the RMA document and provide additional information regarding this procedure.
