            The light doesn't turn on when connecting it to my power-grid

            To assure that you have properly set-up your lights, we recommend first re-reading the Preparation steps article on the Heliospectra Website to verify correct setup.

            If the issue still remains after verifying that the
            lights are set up properly, check that the light units Firmware and System Assistant Software are both up-to-date. Both Software and Firmware updates are provided free of charge here on the Heliospectra Website. Please check the downloads page for further instructions.
